Staff is always friendly and helpful, service is timely and efficient. I trust Firestone to be honest and consistently receive a positive experience every single time. I have used their service for more than just tires. They recently replaced my brakes at a fraction of the price the Audi dealership would have charged me. My most recent visit was to rotate the tires on my daughters Tesla. This location is amazing, can't recommend them enough. Kudos to the entire Redondo Beach Firestone Team!

He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Rudy helped me out! Had a great experience with the team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. They were honest about, explaining the pros and cons clearly, and helped me make a decision that made sense for both safety and budget. What stood out most was their professionalism and transparency—they didn’t try to upsell me, just gave me real guidance. On top of that, they included a road hazard warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. Solid service, knowledgeable staff, and efficient turnaround. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Rudy, Ceasar and BO (The gracious man who fixed my car) are the epitome of Professionalism and utter competence. Thier level of the ability to balance kindness, conversation and professional responsibility is UNMATCHED. I absolutely recommend this place if you want affordable cost and a negative probability that you will encounter a negative customer service experience.
